Terms of Service

Welcome to Surory, operated by TechYard. By using surory.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Surory lets users create and share gift registries (“lists”). Guests can view a list and reserve or purchase gifts, including through links to third-party stores.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account details and for all activity under your account. Signing in is by a one-time code sent to your mobile number on WhatsApp, so keep access to that number secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: posting unlawful or infringing content; attempting to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access; or using the Service to deceive others.
5. Registries and reservations
Lists and reservations are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee the availability, price or delivery of any item.
6. Third-party stores and affiliate links
The Service contains links to third-party stores. Purchases you make there are governed by those stores' terms and policies, not ours. We are not responsible for products, prices, payments, shipping, returns, or any dealings with third-party stores. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases — see our Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Intellectual property
The Surory name, logo and site content are owned by TechYard and may not be used without permission. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a licence to host and display it in order to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechYard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any dealings between you and third-party stores.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to its competent courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
